At Elle&P, workplace safety is a priority that drives the company’s decisions and activities. Recently, some of our employees participated in a specialized training course on working at height, reinforcing the company’s commitment to safeguarding health and safety on-site.
Working at height is one of the most delicate and hazardous operations in the construction industry. These activities take place at significant heights, where the risk of falls or accidents is very high. For this reason, it is essential that every worker is adequately trained and prepared to carry out their tasks safely and in compliance with regulations.
The course provided participants with the necessary skills to manage risk situations and correctly use the required personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain situations. Topics covered included the proper use of harnesses, anchoring systems, and lifelines, as well as emergency procedures to follow when needed. Awareness and preparedness of workers are the first steps toward ensuring a safe working environment.
