Traditional floors

Traditional industrial floors consist of concrete flooring made according to the classical method: contraction joints are made, the concrete is laid by hand or with a Laser Screed vibro-compactor, and the resistance and thickness are adapted to suit the target area.

The first step in laying a traditional industrial floor is to check the load-bearing capacity of the subfloor (solid or slab) by means of plate load tests.

Once this check has been carried out, we proceed with laying the flooring, which will be done according to the project specifications. The key elements will be the reinforcement, joint dimensions, concrete mix and finish.

The result is a versatile, durable flooring that requires routine maintenance. It should also be emphasised that each floor is fully customisable to suit the customer’s needs and tastes.
