Methyl methacrylate coatings are particularly suitable for environments where fast installation is required and where there are low temperatures.
In fact, these coatings can be walked on just a few hours after laying, greatly reducing the installation time or the customer’s production downtime, and can be laid where there are sub-zero temperatures such as in cold stores.
Other important properties are resistance to acidic, alkaline or solvent chemicals, along with hygiene, impermeability and high resistance to mechanical stress because they have a much lower modulus of elasticity than concrete.
It is therefore a particularly suitable coating for applications with heavy traffic, chemical spills and very low temperatures, such as in cold logistics, chemical and mechanical engineering industries, and where floor restoration is required.
