ELLE&P holds the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification: Bureau Veritas Italia Spa, a world leader in auditing services, has in fact confirmed that our organisation’s management system is fully compliant with the requirements of the standard.
The field of application to which the ISO 9001:2015 certification refers relates to laying of industrial flooring, and the management system was assessed in accordance with the requirements of ACCREDIA Technical Regulation RT-05.
What ISO 9001 is and why it is important
Note that ISO 9001 certification refers to the international standard on QMS (Quality Management Systems) published by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) and that 2015 is the year in which this standard was most recently updated: hence, the abbreviation ISO 9001:2015.
As far as the Quality Management System is concerned, it comprises a set of documented policies, processes, procedures and records that define the in-house rules on how the company implements and delivers its product or service.
In order to achieve these targets, the QMS will therefore always be tailored to the individual company and its procedures, while the ISO:9001 standard provides all the guidelines concerning the elements to be covered in the documentation.
